Due to health and safety, we will only accept the return of SOLITUDE body+mind products if:
- You have received products from SOLITUDE body+mind that are different to the one you have ordered. In this case we will replace the incorrect product with the correct item. Alternatively we can offer you a refund. Please note: items must be returned to receive a refund/exchange. We recommend you use a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods.
- For any reason the products you have ordered are faulty or damaged at the time of delivery to you SOLITUDE body+mind will replace the damaged/faulty products. Please note that SOLITUDE body+mind requires photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of SOLITUDE body+mind & may not be offered if we believe your claim is false.
- We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind or returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom/special orders.
For refund or exchanges please contact us by email - email@example.com. Please provide your order number & contact information in your email along with any photographs or reasons to your enquiry. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours however due to busy times this may be longer.
The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.
Returned items must be completed within 7 days of receiving your item.
Items delivered to us without a previous email will not be processed.
All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 working days. Refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on your bank. If we are experiencing any delay in our processing times, we will let you know.
